Djoker

Novak Djokovic is often referred to as "The Djoker" because of a play on words with his last name, "Djokovic." The nickname combines the first few letters of his last name "Djok" with the common nickname "Joker," referring to the famous comic book character known for his mischievous and unpredictable nature. The origin of the nickname can be traced back to Djokovic's early career when he was rising through the ranks and gaining popularity among tennis fans and media. As he displayed an entertaining and jovial personality both on and off the court, the moniker "The Djoker" stuck, and it became a fitting way to describe his playful and humorous demeanor.
